Refund and Exchange

We take a lot of care for the product to reach you in perfect condition.

In case you are not happy with the product please contact us on contact@commaproducts.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. 

You can exchange the product with any other product of your liking. We will not charge shipping fees on the new product.

For returning the original product, the customer will have to arrange for a return courier and bear cost for the same. The return product must reach us in the same condition as it was delivered in to the customer. 

In case you have received a defective product or incorrect product, we will initiate a refund.
